The most important free form amino acids - but why?
Leucine, isoleucine and valine are part of the Branched-Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) family. BCAAs are among the 9 essential amino acids for humans, which means that our body is unable to manufacture them. So our only source of these amino acids is our daily food or dietary supplements. Branched-Chain Amino Acids account for about 35% of the essential amino acids found in muscle proteins.
Glutamine is a top ingredient for athletes in popularity, so we included it in this formula as well. As a plus, BCAA+GLUTAMINE XPRESS is fortified with Taurine as well! The 1:1 BCAA and Glutamine ratio allows for an exceptionally convenient and simple way to replenish your amino acid stores in your muscles during or after your training session. BCAA+GLUTAMINE XPRESS provides these amino acids in exceptionally delicious flavours.

Recommended dosage
Mix one serving (12g, 1¼ scoop) of BCAA+Glutamine Xpresspowder in 600ml of cold water. Consume before, during or after your workout.
