PentaCarb Matrix

Extra calorie intake is essential during bulking, which can primarily be achieved by the increased consumption of carbohydrates and proteins.

With its high carbohydrate content Muscle Mass can ensure the supplementation of the higher calorie intake. PentaCarb Matrix consists of carbohydrates from 5 different sources: it has components with a high glycemic index that help the faster absorption of proteins and the replenishing of the glycogen storage, while the components with a lower glycemic index provide the body with energy in the longer term due to their slower absorption.

Protein Matrix contains proteins with different absorption rates, therefore it is ideal to consume immediately after workout or during the day if you want to gain mass.

DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 serving (70 g = 2 scant measuring spoons = 5 heaped tablespoons) with 500 ml water. On training days, drink 1 serving directly after workout a 1 serving between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving between meals.
